Aeolian Mode
Your bread and butter Natural Minor Scale. In disguise under its modal name.
You can get to the Aeolian Mode by either:
- adding a Major Second (2) and a Minor Sixth (♭6) to the Minor Pentatonic,
- play the Natural Minor Scale (you already know it, right?),
- start on the sixth degree of the Major Scale and adjust for the key.
